Jon Harding
Head of Midlands Retail
Jon joined Autoclenz in 2000, bringing with him a wealth of experience to grow the newly formed SMART Repair division, adding value to our portfolio of services. After growing this sector to become an integral part of not only Autoclenz but more significantly our customers’ range of services, Jon now heads up the Midlands region.
Paul Lakin
Regional Operations Manager
Paul joined Autoclenz in 1989 as a valeter at Bill Boddice Volvo, Stourbridge, providing a professional service at many sites within the Midlands. Paul has progressed with Autoclenz, carrying out roles including Site Manager and Account Manager before taking on his current role as Midlands Divisional Support.

Paul joined Autoclenz in 1987 as a self-employed valeter at Colliers of Yardley and many other sites. In 2000 Paul progressed to Senior Valeter at Stratstone Land Rover, Site Manager at BCA Castle Bromwich, and then on to Divisional Support Manager, Account Manager and his current role of Midlands Divisional Support.
Jason Orme
Midlands Divisional Support
Jason joined Autoclenz in April 2023 following 20 years’ experience within the automotive industry, most recently as an independent contractor for AutoKleen, specialising in Vehicle Preparation & Event Logistics.
Dave Singh
Bodyshop & Smart Repair Site Manager
Dave joined Autoclenz in 2003 as a SMART Repair Technician within a main dealership in Birmingham city centre before transferring to a car supermarket where he was promoted to SMART Manager, responsible for 40 operatives. Dave was then further promoted to his current role of Bodyshop & Smart Repair Site Manager .
Marius Giurgiu
Site Compliance Manager
Marius joined Autoclenz in 2023 as Site Manager at Sytner Solihull. Prior to joining Autoclenz, Marius ran his own business and has gained over 10 years' experience within the industry.
