Pavel, who is based in Plymouth, joined Autoclenz in October 2023 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry. His skills, expertise and commitment will help provide further support and flexibility across the South West region, which will be a huge benefit to our customers and to our team.

Serghei is highly experienced having joined Autoclenz in 2009 as a Site Manager at Autologic in Portbury Docks, where he led a team of 50 operators. In 2012 Serghei moved on to a support role, covering the South West accounts and due to his hard work, experience and commitment to the job, he was promoted to Divisional Support Manager in 2013.

Roman joined the Southern Retail ACS team in 2021 following many years of experience as a Self Employed Car Valeter within the South West region. Roman enjoys his role at Autoclenz, where he says that everyone within the team supports and helps each other to ensure the company provides the very best levels of customer service. Roman enjoys travelling and visiting new places.

Oleg started his Autoclenz career journey in 2020 after a number of years within the valeting industry gaining a wealth of knowledge of valeting and driving. Oleg enjoys his role as he gets to communicate with operators and customers. His hobbies are fishing, he also loves to travel around the country visiting different beautiful places.

Andrii joined Autoclenz in 2019 as a Self-Employed Car Valeter at Mercedes-Benz Brooklands. As a result of his hard work, enthusiasm and commitment, he was soon promoted to the ACS team. Andrii supports colleagues and customer at various locations within Southern Retail and was recently presented with a Special Recognition award for his dedication, outstanding team work and support of his colleagues and customers alike.

Vitalli started his Autoclenz career journey in 2020, as a Driver and has a wealth of knowledge in retail valeting and driving. Vitalli enjoys being part of the Autoclenz Southern Retail Team as he gets to drive a variety of cars and also enjoys caring and keeping them in clean condition. In his free time Vitalli enjoys travelling and has a keen interest in cars.

Preslav joined Autoclenz in 2016 as a Self-Employed Valeter at the Porsche Centre, Guildford, where he quickly progressed to Team Leader. In 2017 Preslav joined our driving team at Mercedes-Benz, Epsom where he was promoted to the on-site Logistics Team Leader. His positive attitude and ability to solve difficult situations resulted in his current promotion to Regional Support Manager.

Strati joined Autoclenz in 2018 as a Self-Employed Valeter at Vines BMW, Guildford. In February 2022 he was promoted to the SST Team. Strati’s hard work and dedication to his work resulted in promotion to Divisional Support Manager within the ACS Team. Strati is a very valuable team member in our area. There is no job too big for him and he is always happy to help.

Valeri joined Autoclenz in August 2013 as a Self-Employed Service Washer at Mercedes-Benz, Brooklands. After 3 years, Valeri was promoted to Senior Valeter at Vines BMW Guildford where he remained for a further 2 years. In 2018, Valeri was promoted to his current role as ACS Divisional Support Manager.

Valeri likes being able to travel and support customers and colleagues.

Pavlo joined Autoclenz in 2022 as a Service Valeter at Audi Poole. In 2024, in recognition of his hard work and commitment, and to strengthen and support operations in Dorset and Hampshire, he was promoted to his current role of ACS Divisional Support Manager.

Dimitar joined Autoclenz in 2019 as a Senior Valeter at BMW Croydon before continuing in this role at BMW Ruxley. He was then promoted to his Divisional Support role within the ACS Team in 2021.

Dimitar enjoys meeting new people, talking to customers, and resolving any issues that may arise each day. In his spare time, Dimitar enjoys cooking.

I’m thrilled to introduce Daniella, a vital part of our ACS team. Joining us two years ago as a floater, her dedication and positivity quickly earned her a well-deserved promotion. Before ACS, Daniella gained valuable experience at Mercedes Benz Loughton, bringing expertise and energy to our team. We’re confident her commitment and fresh perspective will drive our success and help us reach new heights.
